Your item is eligible for a full refund if:

  • The item is sent back to us within 28 working days of delivery.

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number and contact details inside the package.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns should be sent using the most economical parcel service available.
Once we receive the item and the proof of return shipping payment (such as a receipt or invoice), we will refund :

  • The full product amount

  • Plus the cost you paid to return the item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you by email

  • Process your refund to the original payment method

  • Include reimbursement for return shipping based on your submitted receipt

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items returned after 28 working days

  • Products that show signs of use or damage
